Pool is like golf...It's a

I think pool is harder than golf, John....you can shoot par without hitting a fairway
off the tee.
Pool, like chess and boxing, is a war game....you can shoot perfect and lose your watch...
...'cause your opponent beat you to the balls...or put you in jail.

For the record,I used play scratch golf.

In golf,you will get play your ball.

In pool,you may not get a turn to play,so there John B.

Soooo...I think we agree....and I played scratch golf also ( on a course where I knew
each blade of grass personally)
...in golf, it's you and the course....like a practice exercise at pool.
...at pool, you can be stymied....and the other guy steals your turn.

Pool is much more of a warrior's game....however....
...in either game, if you lose your balls, you are toast

i think golf and pool are pretty equal in their own rights when it comes to difficulty. For me pool is much more enjoyable to practice and play. but I guess golf pays better :smile:
