Pool jerseys are bad, but also not good

I’m on the 50 yard line on this topic.

At first I liked the American themed ones(I still do-the Mcup looking ones specifically) but then they morphed into the current looking ones which I don’t care for.

However the cloths in pool in general got so bad the homeless look wasn’t doing anyone any favors.

So do we have to fade the bad bowling (fishing) shirt look or the homeless look?

I suppose the bowling shirt look is slightly better. Maybe….

Best
Fatboy<——you’ll never see me in one of those shirts. Even if the Pool Gods promised me I’d play 800 Fargo I’d still pass…..
What about 850?!?!

I sell clothes and I cannot stand the jerseys, it's one thing if you are a 750+ fargo or 700+ for women but when I look up into the stands and half the spectators are wearing them it's just weird. And for the love of God any man that is 230+ lbs or any women over 200lbs it should be a FELONY to tuck your shirt in ESPECIALLY THE REFS. And where are the hot refs like they have in the UK???

And to the anyone that think a proper dress code or tucking in your shirt is gonna make pool take off like a rocket here are some fun facts: Fedor's JRE episode only has 29k views and JJ's only has 35k in 8 MONTHS. Bill Murray's episode was just released and it has 26k views in 15 MINUTES!!!

Polo shirts or button up shirts look fine when they are a plain solid color. Or very fine patterns like in some button up dress shirts with collars.

But when you add loud patterns and colors to it like Charlie Harpers button up shirt, or bowling shirt, they look hideous.

In our sport cases, where you want sponsor logos, or your name on the back, an athletic jersey type shirt, or a fitted cotton t-shirt type uniform, is best, IMO.

I'd rather see an old school gas station uniform shirt with their name and some patches on it. You know that's what some of these husslas was wearin back in the dizzay.

I was going to say a mechanic shirt. They're real popular in some other activities where most participants and practitioners aren't sporting a six-pack anymore.
I kind of like a mechanic shirt type fit, except that in a lot of tournaments, anything, even loose clothing touching a ball, is a foul. That's why you see a lot of players lean over the table, then stop and tuck in the shirt behind their belt buckle before resuming the shot, so nothing drapes down enough to touch a ball.
Shane called a foul on Johnny Archer a few Turning Stone's ago, and after that, Mike Z made that type of thing not a foul in his events.

Yo, pool jerseys look bad bruh. Old school bowling shirts would be better. Pretty much anything would be better. Not picking of Filler, his is just a common example cuz he wins so much. Just sayin'...
They look like crap. Like most pool gear they look hideous and or gaudy as hell. When I was at the International in November all I wanted was a nice simple event shirt. The stuff they were selling was some real crap.
