Does anyone have a league outline to follow?

I've been to 14and1.com and had a look. Is this the best around?

Resurrecting this oldie, thanks to the search function.

My brother lives in the Portland area. His two daughters are away at college and he finally has some time to himself. He asked me if I could find out what sort of a pool scene there is in Portland.

He said he might like to look for some weekend tournaments. He has a 9 footer at home. He represented Purdue probably back in the early to mid 80s. His high run in straight pool is 70. He does not mind playing a little nine ball either.

Can anyone tell me who or where he should check out to get in some tournaments or leagues? Probably just big table and not apa stuff.
