Pool Rooms in Ohio Along I-80

I am going to be driving through Ohio on Saturday and was looking for a pool room to stop in at. Any recommendations? Preferably towards the middle or east side of the state.
 
You could try Rack Attack. They have 9 ball Saturdays at 8pm. 7ft Diamonds.

I second the Rack Attack, in Port Clinton. Nice room, nice owners, good equipment! Denny Stewart teaches out of there pretty frequently too! Say hi to the owner, Matt, for me! :grin:

I live in North East Ohio and would highly recommend Blackie's Billiards in Sharon, PA. The real deal, old time style pool hall. They also own the bar next door and serve food and beverages. Sharon, PA is on the Ohio / PA boarder and just off highway 80. I would guess that it would take less than 5 - 10 minutes to get to Blackie's from the interstate.

Blackie's is one of my favorite places and I try to stop in when I am in the area. Nice place, good people, reasonable food, and at times some action.

This is another great place to play with mostly seven footers and a few 9 footers. Good to excellent food in the Ice house. Many of the shortstops in Y-Town play out of here or Blackies
 
Sounds like fun guys!.....is Starchers Billiards still there in Ohio? I stopped there while making a biz trip years back and ran into a young, world beatin Earl hittin balls. We chatted a bit, and I headed back to PA......cool memory...

Lol, nope. My car died last weekend, so I had to fly out to NYC and pick up a new one and then drive back. Alas... I will make sure it is ready in time for the next one. :wink:

I've been to Starchers more than a few times way back in the day. I'm sorry
to say that its closed. I'm not sure if someone else owns it, or if its even a
pool room anymore.
