Anyone here have any Pool related Tattoo's. I was just wondering i have seen a couple at my pool hall one lady had "Joe Pool" with snoopy with a pool cue and another has an 8ball on fire.

I designed this and might get it in a couple years.

A Tattoo is CHEAP to Put on, and VERY EXPENSIVE to Remove.....

DO yourself a favor and don't get a tattoo before 25

Black-Balled is wise beyond his years...

I have three tattoos, all of which were done before I was 21. Total cost was probably around $500. It will cost around $3500 to get the removed, which I am seriously considering.

Unless it is something significant with the deepest of meanings to you, don't get one.

I personally was NEVER DRUNK ENOUGH while in Uncle Sam's Misguided Childrent to do the Tattoo Thing....

But I see lots of Seniors, 50+'s getting their first Tattoo so their Grandkids think they are cool....

Tatto

I got my first tattoo long after I too completed a tour in the US Navy (I was 40+). It has nothing to do with pool and it does have significant meaning to me so therefore I will never remove it.

Great recommendations so make sure it is something you will want for a very long time.

My wife's best friend got a tattoo put on her son and he's only 3 years old. No shit! She herself has both of her arms sleeved and most of her back done, along with 2 dolphins on her stomach. Very strange, if you ask me. I have all of one tattoo and I'll never do it again. That myth about if you get one you'll get hooked, PFFFF, hurts too damn much for me. :D

Wow, talk about a parent of the year award... Wonder what CPS would do if they caught wind of that....

Ink

I have several large tattoo's all with special meaning and my artist is drawing me up another. None of them have to do with pool, i've just never seen a pool tattoo I liked. There is nothing wrong with getting a tattoo, as long as it is something you like, will always enjoy. I'm thinking when i hit my "golden years" i'll still be getting ink.

If what you have drawn up is something special an you've put your heart and soul into it in a couple of years go for it!

Just my .02 cents

She had it done in California somewhere, maybe it wasn't a tattoo shop, I don't know. Oh and BTW, smoking cigarettes is addicting, smoking weed is addicting, heroin is addicting, but sticking a needle into my skin and bone 6,000 times in 30 minutes is NOT addicting, to me. Peace, John

A parent allowing their 3y/o child to get a tattoo. Nationwide, you have to be at least 18 years old to get one, regardless of what the parent wants. Not only would the parents of that child be in SERIOUS hot water, so would the person that did it.

When I was 17, I couldn't even get one, even with parental consent, and that was over 10 yrs ago. I'm pretty sure the laws haven't changed one bit in that aspect.

I want one that says Born to Lose on my forehead....think of all the action I could get :D Or better yet "You're Name" tatooed on a certain area where the sun don't shine....The greatest prop bet of them ALL.....I bet I got you're name on my -----.... :D

I was kidding Roscoe. I took my 17 yr old son in to get his lip pierced and the guy wouldn't do it because he wasn't 18. I took him to another place and I had to sign a waiver of some sort and he did it. I'm not condoning what she did in any way, I said I thought it was weird. I haven't seen the kids tattoo, just heard about it. Peace, John.

What about all the Mothers

that get their little girls ears pierced, and some are
awfully young when they do it. I don't think that is
right either. They don't need pierced when they are
a child, it's only for the mother's benefit, and objectifies
the child.

I'd get a tattoo if:
-I served time (not just county)
-I served in a war (not just boot camp)
-It were to commemorate something huge and served an inspiring purpose, like my child beating cancer (saw that on t.v. the other night).

I'll probably die tattoo- free.

I like tattoos on men, but then, I generally have pretty poor taste in men anyway. :D

As for the three year old, that just makes me really really sad.

I was just thinking about pool tattoos this past weekend. I think it would make a helluva neat picture book to capture the pool-related tattoos that people have. I've seen a few. Wouldn't it be a fun gig to go to every large amateur tourney in a year and capture as many pictures of pool tattoos as you could?
