The closest Dooly's if 45 miles from where I live. We drove up there for an evening one night.
The tables, I believe are made in Quebec. Not he prettiest table around but it is a table.
Very nappy cloth so I got to see what all the guys on AZ where talking about re playing on the old style cloth.
The bar cues were decent quality for bar wood. Cue Tecs.
Nice atmosphere. When we got there, the kitchen was closed. One of the staff apologized and gave us a number for a Greek take out place and told us that we were welcome to order our food in if we liked. Pretty decent of him I think. We ordered in.

It could work if they all have a good theme. Mine would be a grill place with no alcohol and make it look like in the days of the Hustler era like an Old smoky pool room with no smoking and have a dinner like seating in one part and tables every where else.
