My pleasure. From the sounds of it, you could have been like a couple of seconds late and missed that match. Like everybody was still milling around not quite seated, opening break, wam wam wam, and Lou is unscrewing his stick, Hopkins in the chair with that "WTF just happened" stunned look on his face. You rush in after finding a parking place, a minute late and Lou is O U T.

Lou Butera, Lou Butera, Lou Butera. One stroke and shoot, one stroke and shoot. And never miss either!

"Machine Gun" Lou actually did take only one stroke and then shoot. He would race the cue ball for position, around the table. It was funny to watch, but sickening if you were his opponent.

Tom Cosmo was also the master of the one stroke, but he was more of an entertainer than a player. Although he was capable of 50-60 ball runs.

I actually heard Lou during an IPT match when he was commentating with Allison Fisher, that he wasn't nicknamed machine gun because he in his words, "one stroked the ball," but it was because he moved quickly because he knew where the cue ball was going to be.

YES it does. The ref was racking fast from what I heard.

You might have misread the question. It did not ask, "Which player would you have a stroke watching?"

Tony Drago also. Sometimes he takes practice strokes, but usually when he clears the table in around 30-40 seconds he one strokes.
