Poor video feed from the IPT,How's yours?

I was wondering how everyones video reception from the IPT is today?
Mine was extremley choppy 10 seconds on ten off chop chop chop:mad: :mad: :mad: .

Yesterday afternoon it was fine, today it sucks.How's it going for others who've signed up?

I would say it's good, not fantastic. There is a bit of a delay with the video (you hear the ball dropping a half second before you see it drop). The pixelation seems to be when they do a lot of panning (which is a bit excessive IMO...they even hit Efren in the back of the head once with that aerial camera!). FYI, I have roughly the same performance on PC and Mac, but found that Explorer gives less chop than Netscape. Recommend the latest versions (with all the plugins) for those browsers.

My reception was like you described above yesterday,however it's went for a crap today.Most likely a problem on my end of things.:(

Today was really bad. Yesterday was better but still crappy.

Tech support said I must be routed to their server poorly even though I have DSL.

Live feeds are 100% unwatchable. The audio sync is way off too. Audio stream plays on its own (faster) and the video stream is seperate and much slower.

They better get those on demand videos up fast or else people are really going to start *****ing. I'll reverse CC charges if i get no on demand VERY SOON...
 
I spokee too soon. There are 2 up now /cheer

Now I'm going to be real pissed if everybody starts watching them and kills the bandwidth :) Maybe I should have kept my mouth shut lol
 
Ortmann orcollo has been almost impoosible for me to watch.

All of the other matches flowed nicely but had some minor pixel issues.

This one is very tough too stay tuned in to.
 
The last two matches for me have been great.That first one really sucked.
I'd like to see the replay of that first reyes/Morris hill hill match because it sounded like it really had some drama.
The archived matches will be great, but there is nothing like live pool.

I don't care about the on-demand, after the fact, already know the outcome. We pay for live streaming, right?
 
I had huge audio/video delay, prob about 10 seconds and Im on extreemly quick broadband so def there end. I imagine they'll be ramping the band width up with the number of subscribers they get. The last match wasnt great but its hard to get this right first time, hopefully it will improve.

The Ortmann-Orcollo match was very choppy on my end. No shots were seen complete, and it was very difficult to follow. This morning, it was excellent for the Reyes-Morris match. I hope that the quality of the feed improves.:(
 
Earlier in the day it was said that fires in the area were causing problems for the ISP providing connection for the video feeds.

My feeds were exactly the opposite of yours. It seems when they fix it for one group of people, it screws up for the other group and visa versa. They need to look at this and find a way to please everyone.I' hope they consider that next tourney.
