Possible Katz Butterfly

I am thinking this is a 1950's Katz. Single butterfly with two veneers. Butterflies are dead even. Sorry pics aren't so great. Any better ideas what it is?

Oh, and that's not a crack in the butt sleeve. Just a mark that I rubbed off after I noticed it in the picture. Cue is in nice shape.

Rich? Never thought of that. Never saw a Rich like this. But early Rich can be difficult to identify.

You have a Rich example?

I have never seen a Rich butterfly.


Are you saying Rich made the splice?

I get it. You commented on the wrap. Many used such wraps in that era, including brunswick.

It dates it more than identifies it IMHO.
