The History case by John Barton

quite a bit like the Hustler movie case carried by Paul Newman

Yesterday ,I got the latest version from John Barton
about 99% like the original black leather case that
Brunswick copied

The new interpretation eliminates the sharp corners

It is a 1x2 with the fully leather body attached to the top loading lid

It features the JB interior that provides the best protection ever

I asked to buy his remaining stock,I only have 1 now and probably will get 3 more
and unless john can find the forms, this will be the last

The cost is $500 but you will never regret spending the money
because when you enter the pool room your good taste will be
rewarded with the approving glances from all the people who
know what looks right and what doesn't

You will be given a wider berth, ie more respect, even if you don't
play championship pool ,you still have taste, you will be given the
respect reserved for those who know

Old timers, old school, young guns, your business colleagues your
usual game, all the regulars ,of course ,but what might surprise you
might be the new found attention that you will garner from the female of
the species. Is it the beautiful leather they want to touch or the classis
style of the design that makes their heart go pittey pat?

Who can understand a woman?Don't expect an explanation from this source!
But I thought I would warn you so you would be prepared for all
the newfound attention that will be coming your way

I found out the hard way that the harder you try to get away from them
the more difficult it is .Entice and withdrawal, cat and mouse

But I digress

You wanta be the one the has it,you better call and say

"I WANT THAT BEAUTIFUL CASE"how do I pay?

Forget bartering, just pray that I still have it,there may never be another

In fact if you are not fast on the phone, you won't see this one

JB Hustler

I had John make me one of these with a 9 inch pouch and no tooling about 5 years ago.

It could very well be the best case I have ever had. Very classy, and ultimate protection for the cue. Lots of nicks and scars just give it personality-
