Potential Gus Szamboti Cue

Thank you gents for all of your help and comments on the cue. As it turns out, I have a Someboti cue, not a Szamboti

Barry was very helpful and informative on what he thought the cue may be, which was a Verl Horn. He stated the prongs were from his Father, but there were indicators pointing away from being completely his. He also stated the cue was of high quality and was a very solid shooter.

The cue can be found on eBay this coming Sunday and will run for 7 days at no reserve. Any interested parties can shoot me a message or ask any questions you may have. Thanks again and good luck to all!

I would say that letter from Barry settles the matter.

Not a Gus but a Gus forearm? Touchdown! And finding a nice Verl Horn is nothing to sneeze at. :smile:



Stupendous that Barry included so much detail in the analysis of the cue. That's why I had asked others for the details on their opinions about the matter. I was very much hoping to see that from someone but really didn't think I would, and here we have it from Barry himself! :thumbup:
