The Old Man flash this trigger a few. My favorite would be Portland Slim at the 211 in Seattle. We played $5 last pocket 8 ball. He was uh 80s I was 30s. He told stories as we played. He racked for Mosconi's exhibitions. Said he had seen him run a 100 when he was so drunk he had to hold the rails as he navigate around the table. We must play the table... The table is life... Thank you for your practice words... Guy . This is good and this is bad the old man observed many years this snooker game and with his intelligence is passing all on... All my life we have had the same things here with our pocket games and we've had the old man to teach us... This is the time that we are all seaking extra knowledge, The best to all... Guy
Cocaine is a hell of a drug....Story time: Pigeon Dave. At the Seed 2 in Bellevue, we were assumed to be the easy money in the $10 / player 3 handed ring game. So the top 6 players on The East Side. I had just started playing lefty with undefeated success. All the players knew I was right handed. Oh yeah did I mention, Scotch Double s? We clipped the game at around $110@. Damnedest thing!
Dave was a Successful Card Player that had graduated from pool. He gambled with Shawn with the 8. I wanted the 7 from Shawn.(Of course I had just clipped Shawn +200 playing lefty). He was good with the other hand and I was better. So anyway the game came about at the having a beer table. Pidgion and I occupied spots 5 and 6 on the ratings chart.
It was a Friday night and far enough in that I had a disagreement with my wife. She had been a Mother image/advise to Pidgion. He had overheard a rude/juvenile remark I made. Probably an indicator of my alcohol content.Pidgion would not miss. Oh boy was he mad at me. We didn't speak the whole way. We closed the place with the game.
I missed, uh 2 balls. Both with the right hand. $110 was the depth of my pocket money at the time.Oh yeah that was when all my money was in my pocket.
Blame the Pidgion we just adopted. He is learning to fly. On the back of the stool now. Yesterday his name was Wilbur. His first big hopToday he is Dave.

Another day older and deeper in debt. St Peter don't you call me cause I can't go, I owe my soul to the company store......"You load 16 tons and what do you get?"
Well when I was 13 and we spent Saturday cutting and hauling fire wood.......for each pick-up load, I could have a beer with the men. My father ran the chain saw and I and usually one other would load the truck. At offload grab a beer and go back for another. 4 loads on Saturday was normal. Then I had one week to split and stack to be ready for Saturday!.
Not sure what you are implying. You wanna play some?Cocaine is a hell of a drug....
