Practice practice practice

Deceleration vs Acceleration: Deceleration has many times been used by commentators. When things don't work. Acceleration is mentioned when he is confident. Declaration seems to occur in moments of doubt or just uncertainty. I have experience with that.🤷
So when I get to my chair it's analyze admit and enter the red flag in the program. Stop! Get up and go through it again. Enter, now sit and meditate. Loose the tension as t my age could lead to a nap.😉

Ships Log: Wow just wow. After watching Mark post a 138 from Judd's break off that had just been pronounced, "Pretty Good". Lefty's been inspired and opened the Slow Kiss with a 15 going to 10 with equal opportunity.
Just follow the program. Hopefully Right was paying attention.

I can only blame the prospector in me😉 for my choice of fitness program. Just told him there's a chance..... well I do need an oil drain pit. I even got a blister! Whew I better slow down.🤷

"Oh man it rolled off", is my excuse. 15-0 going to The Chase. The Right was paying attention to win The Chase 16-4 🤷 That's a long Sunday work out 😉 I did save a beer for the celebration 🎉.

Ships Log 1-16-23: Good Morning Starshine

The fitness program; from attention position to shoot the slow kiss head to foot spot, I do the groin stretch to each side. Killing multiple birds. I get another perspective to the aim point on the object ball to the plane that intersects and my cue will be placed on. Holding the aim point on the object ball in a hipno type gaze.🤷
Stephen Hendry dropped the coaching to maintain the focus on the point to the setting of the bridge.
60's rock got me started with The House of the Rising Sun. Then Stand By Me. Sure start the day with a good vibe. Donald Sutherland in Kelly's Heroes, "no negative waves".

My inner Yogi has me Starting with the Speed Slow Kiss.

the camera timer set to 10 seconds. Get around and shot the slow kiss. Right hand score first. If I do it with the video.... that will be classified.

About to test the limit of my phone
this is worth a relisten. While multi-fitnessing will listen to this the Manna from the Gawds .

Practice over rated? Yes and no . As a fitness program it yields satellite beni-fits.
The speed slow kiss has shown me that I need to hurry early and be deliberate at the stroke. Plus I get my miles in doing laps. Already have an out of the blocks stance, to hit the button and shoot in 8 seconds. Oh yeah the Right takes an early lead.

Playing with Care while remaining Care Free: Mark Williams puts it on display.
Mark's eye pattern indicates a maintenance of rhythm. Well IMHO. Well He's doing it on Matchroom this morning. Short Race but great lesson for the monthly $5. One I leave running.😉
And Ronnie will be up in a bit.
Best of 7 or Race to 4. I even noticed a comment in the Masters that was Race to and not the British Best Of way.🤷

The Whole Package is what Mark puts on display. No really when the wasp landed on his package. He had no choice 🤷

The Carefree keeps the bungee. Realize that some time s the pool gods don't smile on me. As long as I am doing my best to follow protocol. That leads me to attempting the extreme.
Mark's Mastery of the game is beautiful to watch. The control of the White is sublime. Knowledge of percentage is artfully employed as well.
Now to enjoy the show....and well examine his mechanics

Who did they call The Surgeon? That's the type of incision I aim to make into the cue ball. To get the precision placement of the cue ball, I think of navigation through the ball as being near vital organs. So I aim to metaphor of cut their heart out. They weaken when I execute something that they can't do.

[Praising Commentator quote] Not down when he loses and no celebration when he wins.[/quote]
Keeps the Player on an even keel and as the Forged in Fire martial artist says, " He can keel."

They weaken when I execute something that they can't do.
With the precision cue ball placement being the million tiny cuts. Slow and Sure. I notice the precision that Mark puts into the thought process as well. He will get up and back up and go through it again. There's no hurry.

Mark Selby, The Anaconda is playing Saengkham now. I expect he will be putting the snooker version of the Rear Naked Choke on display.
Oh and bonus is Stephen Hendry on the microphone with the rest of the pro team. Makes this a Gem.

Well Saengkham is setting a mark for the 10,000 pound high break .....poops no pink 126 is still a century.

my revised snooker drill. Stripes serving as reds. Stephen Hendry posted an incredible number doing the real snooker version on a 12 foot table, so this is a preferred practice session for me.🤷

Comments indicated 5 centuries being posted at this point in the affair is incredibly high. An indication of the elevation of quality in the competition. A conversation point in Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry interview. If you haven't watched it..... it's definitely worth looking up.

My observations of Ronnie showed me..... Well I remember so many times, the ice cold hands at the closing handshake after great play. I have been on both sides of that. So I am embracing my warm coffee cup in....well emulate what he does. I doubt if it's coffee in his warm cup.🤷
