Practice practice practice

The Basics:
Step 1
Imagine the shot. The Big Eye.
Then the dance.
Simple.
Ya Wanna Dance? Wasn't that uh Doc Holiday.

Balance as a trick.Balncing the cue for the 🏆 picture that illustrate the 2 to the 13.shrug

My big I in practice is Imagine the competition. Oooops this goes in the Secret vault. 😉
Right hits a 6 and chortles, 8-serving 11 grumbles Lefty. Grrrrr 3 or more to the dirtcolor stripe. Full stance and gear, as station 2 is done from upright stance. Station 3 is, Get Down On It.

Finding the balance. A neat trick. 😉 Right? 3 rails to the dirt stripe 14. Requires a little special sauce. Share is fun.

Looks like Judo chocked out karate. At 3-1 Judd turns down ....well choke 2nd ball after wobbly first shot. 🤷‍♂️ Now does the Old Guy have the endurance?

Frame is conceded. No doubt which ball Judd was looking at on the one rail kick. 😉 it took him 2 swings but executed nicely. He's done however. 🤷‍♂️

"Completely suffocated" in the comments. My input would be, "Yeah it's hard for them to suck air when you kick in the balls ". Practice on
smile

Lucky Lefty lays in a Maximum 12
3 rails.
Oooops Judd loses the white and scratch. Hmmmmmm control of the white is the advantage of looking at it during the strike. 🤷‍♂️ Go Figure.
Back to my wrap:
5 for king hole
3 for kiss
1 for over the pad
3 for the rails
Trophy time.

"Higgins was all over him , like a rash" Judd however found the salve. Kicks in the brown from an Anaconda safety. Who said, "Kick 'em in the Balls?
"A bizarre frame." In the analysis.
Higgins still in control at 4-2.

With Higgins 5-2 up and 1 away. It's time to cover the table. A Rewarding Therapy session. That seem like......what was the interaction in the movie The Jerk?

Lesson O the Day 2: Coming up shortly are two Chinese players playing for the spot to face......Judd!!!! I went to work at 5-2 to come back and see 6-5 Judd. This work sure interfere with my recreation. This puts me on mind of the Heidi game.

Sunday Fun day. 10.08.2023 I got lucky. Opened my morning Kicks with a Maximum, first shot!
Right went to the rail closest to the camera expecting a long workout at station 1. So now to station 2 and using a bridge, well the Mosconi stance.

Station 1 is about balance for me. Well and precision but precision is required for balance.
Station 2 allows the input from the grip, something that I strive to hold stable at the first station.
Station 1 will train cueball last or at strike as I prefer to call it. 🤷‍♂️
Station 2 helps develop the grip and ring finger trigger. An aspect of an accurate strike to the white. Volume or power is regulated or controlled by the ring finger.
Lefty dispatch Station to with a 6. Trails 10-12 but we proceed to Station 3.
The Snooker final is providing the best inspiration. Zhang vs Trump.

Lefty found one just for fun Go four and come in the back door. To the dirt color stripe on the King pad.

Back it up is required. Could be fun. 😉

Lefty is in heaven. Closes it with a 7. Guess I can watch the Snooker and stretch and flex or Tai Chi , whatever 😉 It's physical therapy for me.

More good stuff from Stephen Hendry.
My method has me focused on the power my fingers can add to a well timed/coordinated stroke.

Almost forgot the Sunday Sermon. 😉
1) Imagine
2) Plan
3) Execution
A simple 3 step that I can botch at any time. We call it.
Ready
Shoot
Aim
The Imagine starts with the final position of both the object ball and cueball. Then calculate to determine if I have the ability to get 'em there. The program says yes proceed, if no go back to 1) once I think I can I do it, go to 2) first I find the point of contact desired on the object ball. Then I guesstimate the speed and spin the cueball needs at contact with the object ball to get both balls to their destinations. 3) Is regulated by my practiced dance steps.(follow the recipe). The recipe starts with the point of aim on the object ball.
A key ingredient in My recipe is focus on the strike of the tip to and through the cueball. My vision follows the cueball and when well focused I see any spin transfer to the object ball at contact. This gives me feedback to analyze if and when the results are not as calculated.
The final key ingredient in My recipe is the ring finger calling the shot.
As long as I can stay on the vertical axis the calculations are addition and subtraction. Side requirements move into the realm of multiplication and division. Then if and when other balls are involved it enters the realm of calculus. 🤷‍♂️ Oh what fun 😉

It's all in the Balance.Through practice, the balance of the cue(a trick wink) for the picture becomes easier. Go figure 🤷‍♂️ the 2nd picture is the first rough estimation for 2 rails to the yeller stripe 9. After the Right proceeded to shot after the picture snapped(on a 10 second delay).

The white next to the teal stripe 10 is the 5 point shot that Right closed station 1 with. So performing for the camera is a Good Practice. Maybe even a best practice.
Oh yeah Lefty serving 6-13.

Using the camera to examine form. A tool.
This is Lefty's next shot to the 9 ball.
20231009_061014.jpg

So push button
Turn and pick up the cue
set for photo
and then shoot.
The result was woefully short but on a good line. So pass the cue. 14 serving 5. Comes from my table tennis play. A sport that emphasize the hands and fingers.

Still a chill in the morning so an intermission to dance The Get Down Grampa around the table. (Nice having the youtube tunes). Go Grampa, go Grampa go.
Right prepares to show his best side. Hmmmm.

20231009_062359.jpg

Okay that's 2 pictures that align nicely with my expectation. So will continue to use the 10 second timer to add the challenge for the rest of the workout. Hmmmmm could learn something. :headscratch: ☺
6 serving 14.
