Just a fun little kick. No trick ....16-6 is the final station closing score as Richt lays in a 5. Now 2 rails to the teal stripe 10.

The balance of the cue is the fine tuning. My ferrule has a mark that indicates top dead center. Playing with the balance of the cue for the photo is therapeutic and strength building.
The 2 railer to the 10 ball is a fun one to play with. Using Grady Mathews suggests to play the rails just like a 🎻.
Don't Be Skippy! Put in the time at station 1. Skipping to station 2 might be fun but not if you want to be Number One!
 
Enough of that station as Right closed it with 7 from heaven. Now 3 rails to the king ball 14.Score card says, Lefty serving 6-27.......yikes

It was rewarding and good therapy. So what if Right won. We still have a one two punch. 🤷‍♂️

Two rails to the 12 is the illustration. The cueball kissing the 9 with both in holes is the Trophy. Right did it. Right? Yeah but Lefty only trails by 4 . 12 serving 16 two rails to the 12 ball.
 
The 2 railer to the 12 was a fun study in velocity. Just changing velocity changes the angles ever so slightly. Lefty finally closed the station with a 5 for a 20-18 lead . Right serving 18-20. 3 rails to the king 13. 🤔

Zero on the beer at leagues. A definite first.... the morning head is still wrapping around the mental replay of what went well and places I broke down. 😉

The Form Work.
20231108_083808.jpgThe fitness program requires strict adherence to the full dance program. For the fitness effect. Out and over the table is stretch and flex. So adding the angles puzzle makes it entertaining with The Challenge. The results are secondary.
Last night my 1 loss was the most fun. It was the first of 2 games of 8 ball (the Old man's game). We had a terrific battle and he prevailing in the first wanted the handshake after 1. 🤷‍♂️ Against my religion but I had to oblige. Of course I had to validate the handshake with an an easy table out in the next. Big smiles good competition and a good recreation.
So back to recreating my pool game. Wink. I used to have one, I think?
Okay, A Secret: Playing the Left vs the Right is team building. It's nice having a base of 2. Getting the 2 sides of the brain to Co Operate. 🤷‍♂️ Try it You might like it.
 
Building the foundation by making it a part of the fitness program. The full range of movement from the ground up. My experience with the Exer Genie proved the value of full range stretching.

What an interesting workout. The first points were scored by Lefty. The Only points! to the King 15 ball was a Maximum. 🤷‍♂️
Really forced me to remember "The Swing Thought". Hope I can remember it tomorrow.
Drive the tack with the tack hammer tip of the cue. The big Eye imaging had place the tack on the cue ball. Very important to drive the tack. Slightest off angle and tack fall over. Maybe fingers get hurt. Very important. Big smile.
 
ThuNov9.2023: Cold morning but warm match on Matchroom. Ronnie vs Ali. Of the shoulder barge. What better day to start with a long hard one at station 1?

Emphasis on the physical therapy. The Deep squat. Must be performed to perfection. Grass Hopper, well Frog was my first Nick name. 😉 Fine tune the line of the aim is the task.
Right opens with 1 oh what fun. Lefty replied with a 4.....oh yeah, game on. What fun and the Ronnie vs Alie battle for distraction. Or uh refocus practice. The first shot at practice. " Seems like the logical place to start"(I try to channel Spock). 😉
 
Well that was fun. Lefty made a 6 that was.....just THAT close. So the race is to 9 as that makes 9-2 the score. Station 2 should provide an interesting study in the action off the rails and how the slightest influence can alter the shot significantly. Just like Jui Jitsu.

Apologies for the seemingly diminish Skippy. I should have used Skipper. Just like Gilligan's Island. In this instance either term seems appropriate. A skip can lead to a trip. So starting over is my only viable solution. If I am down on the shot and realize that I have skipped a simple step......(unimportant ?) Step? Starting over takes a few seconds a trip can lead to much longer In the Chair. 🤷‍♂️
 
The Fine focus is refined at station 1. Station 2 adds the off center influence, plus a bridge.
So the off center hits demand a close inspection of the tip while standing At Rest. Grooming of the tip is allowed. 😉 Unless you are skipping ahead. Don't be a Skipper.....After the finish skipping to the podium is allowed.
 
Ronnie puts on a great show making a beautiful clearance to steal when All E missed the frame ball. Taking a 3-2 lead is Big.
 
Got a little inspiration watching Ronnie and Right finally closed station 2 with a 6 and 13-11 lead. Now 3 to the King 8 ball.
