A customer special spice cabinet. I hope this works. The Rustic yet solid is the style . w😉
This is open range. 🤷‍♂️

Never seen figure like that. What kind of wood?
It's knotty pine. The figuring is done with a disk sander or body grinder. A technique I learned making waterbeds back in the Day. Rustic was the style and they sold like hot cakes . Well one year at the fair they sold a $99 special. That was unfinished and had a $30 profit. I made 15 in a day. Can't remember how many sold but it was a bunch, enough to get a bonus vacation to Reno. 🤷‍♂️ Oh those were the days. 😉
I took the application of the sanding disk to an artistic style when it's purpose was distressed furniture.

The grinder first removed the grade stamps on construction grade lumber. Shrug 🤷‍♂️

His miss deeds this morning. Well not this morning . That morning as I was doing my morning fitness on the pool table and the sun was about to rise when I heard him putting the finishing touches to his final barricade. 🤷‍♂️

The Secret Formula for 3 ball.
Place whitey 4" from center on the headstring.
Strike the cueball in a manner to have it pop straight back. 6 to 8 inches is my goal. The rest is up to lick, er uh luck. 🤷‍♂️
The cue rests on the line with whitey come back a little short at 4 inches shrug and just a tad off line.

Another Lefty trophy picture as it was the first shot of the day. 🤷‍♂️ (still feel good about last night's leagues.)
I am still in major adjustment mode with my break stick experiment.

A FLASHBACK memory of listening as talking with Cole usually while burning one after hours.
His knowledge was welcomed as we talked.
Tidbit 1)
On the break shot precision is more important than power. Hence he Always broke with HIS cue. Shoot 6 months after buying his old cue, when he said, "I wouldn't be able to shoot with that cue now."
Shrug the phenolic tip to competition proofed exhilarating. Well at the final results but e pretty educational along the way. The luxury of an extra stroke is Huge. The feeling of I am sure is so much better than "I hope". Shrug of course the I hope shots had a larger degree for safety. A shot that includes both is easier in 8 ball than 9 ball.
Okay back to my shot 2 with t ball in the side . The advanced challenge is shot them in order.
The Grand Master challenge is break em kick em in. A session should at least get a 3 . 4s start to happen.
Precision Practice
Practice
An hour a day.
Simple stuff done right. 🤷‍♂️
Simple

Self. Hypnosis mixed with meditation. Ah uhmmm.
The Power of Positive.
Don't ever, shoot with a Don't thought. Period get up and start over when the Don't hits, as the subconscious doesnt process the Don't part. It reads it as scratch.
I saw it, on the part of my opponents multiple times last night.
Of course a strong opening is huge. Oh And a Reputation. My favorite memory is of being denied entry to the dollar ring game with, "No! You're GREG!" eek 🤷‍♂️

Finish the thought
Finish the shot
The Swing thought
Well in baseball it was hit the pea in the center of the ball.
That transfers well to billiards as well.
With the phenolic tip the target zone on whitey gets smaller. The precision available is increasing with the hazard uh devastating.
Really Really gotta get centered.
The thrill of victory and agony of defeat.
Well I removed the agony part and it becomes a win win situation. I Can be Happy for my opponent if they prevailed. YES Real Efing Happy. 😉

Oh boy Feb 14, luckily I checked in time to rush and get the candy.
Well the cold fingers prompts one handed start. The modified Chase drill, one handed, left vs right. Should provide interesting Challenge while following fitness protocol of full stretch and squat, every shot. It's a fitness program. 🤷‍♂️ I've got an hour. Well hopefully, the dumbbells haven't been rung in a little while. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
Survival skill comes first.
One handed holding the coffee in the other. The new years eve event had an adult beverage in hand. 🤷‍♂️ So worth practice. 😉

Ah Sunday Funday, hopefully. 😉
I am a good scout and always prepared. Well I try to be. 🤷‍♂️ 😉
Security comes first. Fitness comes second.
Off we go into the cold finger cold start practice.
Just remembered a uh back in "the day" morning awakening to the 11 o'clock sun. Parked in front of the main entry. So when I staggered in with the morning after request for a red beer. Breakfast of champion drinking as the Rainbow bread man made his delivery. He saw my cue and case and immediately jumped for 20 a game. He lost 3 and I had enough for the party to continue. 🤷‍♂️ 😉
Ah those were the days.

Probably need another project. Uh oh nevermind the weed eater is calling. But But it's Sunday.....so yeah I am with "those guys". As a Cadet at USAFA attending a religious formation was required. I started attending Catholic as it got out sooner and I could get to the Sunday Buffet that was the only meal we could be At Rest while eating and there was No time limit.
Hazing Light was employed at all other meals. as previous classes had too much weight loss during Basic training we were weighed frequently. Previously a basic could be ordered to pass in his plate. So that was forbidden but you were required to swallow and answer in 3 seconds when asked a question. Knowledge training included the names of all 10 at the table which changed weekly. So the 3rd class Cadet that barely made it would often take perverted pleasure in tortures of questions while trying to eat.
I had one first place as a Cadet and that came in the one week wilderness survival leg of the SERE. Survival Escape Resistance and Evasion.
First summer, straight out of high school, up hill both ways 😉

Could be a placebo effect 🤷‍♂️ but I I am hitting 'em good. Well starting to find more confidence with the harder tip. Plus my increased attention to the application of tip to ball, is showing possible "dark side" preference. Finding the confidence in practice is invigorating.
Remember that Mark Williams is probably my Role model. I like the way he carries himself and light pleasantly entertaining and deadly with his cue. Not careless but care free. 🤷‍♂️ Anyway I noticed the sound of his tip and even experts saying he uses an extremely hard tip. 🤔
