I would like to commend Preditor for the qualityof the streaming at the 10 ball tournament from las vegas. To get to see the top players go head to head AND see the final matches....Priceless! Hope this is a trend for the future. As one who has played for 60 yrs. I could see plainly the strategy needed to clear the table (on full screen)AND it was clear...Being an old straight pool player,i would love to see some of the matches from that tournement in August....thanks again

I liked the quality of the stream. Experienced slow downs ocassionaly, but for the most part was good. Loved the multiple camera angles, the only negative comment I have is there wasn't any commentary. It's a lot to ask for, so I'm not really complaining.

I would also like to thank Kozoom Corp for doing what is their regular job and what they mastered up to perfection. Predator/Dragon Promotions made the right choice inviting Kozoom to do all the streaming.

It was great, I agree. Not too different from seeing it on TV. Camera work was great. Commentary wasn't bad.. at least it's not the same-old same-old. And while it wasn't true for everyone, I had smooth sailing the entire time, constant 30ish FPS with no sound delay.

Maybe next time there will hire some commentators. It is kind of expensive to pay for overseas flights for commentators so maybe Kozoom or Dragon Promotions will hire U.S. commentators.

They should get some of the players that are out of the tournament to commentate. God knows pool players love to talk. :)

I couldn't watch the Finals.

It started out nicely and then went downhill so bad in the first semi that I didn't get to see anything. But before Saturday it was great. I got to see a lot of good matches.

it a was budget thing this year, they did have Jay and Scott as Referee, director, time keeper etc. they had one other gentalman I just cant remember his name,.

I spoke to Charlie after the trounment and he is 100% going the right way, learning and growing with each event, as such there will be better and better internet content with each sucessive event, just like TAR they are learning. Gone are the days of just running the tounnment, adding A/V, streaming, commentators, multiple cameras, pointing the content at a website(live), directors, and other people who's job titles i dont know in addition to the tournment makes it alot more complicated and it takes practice to get it right so we at home can log on as see a match with perfect streaming, commentary, camera angles etc.

One thing that happened was we wernt given any instructions, When Scott was making his player announcments at the beginning of the Dennis/Warren match, with his famous deep voice, Christina started doing the introduction at the same time for the feed. We didnt know what the people at home could hear, So they might have heard 2 people at once or just dead air from the booth. Little things like this have a BIG impact on production quality, but seem trivial when there are 500 things going on at once at the tournment itself.

They had a few things working against them the internet connection from the Rivera was terrible, the commentators only had a 5" monitor to work with, while sitting there watching I could tell there was other computer issues, the computer guys were working triple hard to get it right

The pool industry needs to hire a production expert from the NFL, those guys are the best.

Believe me Charlie wants the streaming video to be the best it can be, that makes his sponseres happy and its good for his busiess, dont forget its his business not hobby, if what he produces sucks he loses customers(sponsers) so he has alot at stake to make it good, its more important to him than it is to anyone else. He isnt dumb or doesnt care, he cares alot, he is aware of the problems and will resolve them soon as he can. There are some big things comming up on a global scale-he is in the mix and will do good.

Joey send him a tape of your commentary he would hire you for sure!

There had to be a reason

Commentators are easy to get to volunteer. I would say because ESPN was broadcasting for t.v. the stream broadcast would have to do without because why duplicate and have 4 announcers for the t.v. product.
