It means they act tighter than they look. Facings favor spitting the ball out rather than letting the ball drop. The funnel is also longer giving the facings an advantage.
It's just marketing. You see guys can pot from anywhere. You don't see the diminishing accuracy as shots get further out. Players need to shoot the shot line itself. You know, where the ball actually goes?

Not true. Balls pocket as they should but the deep shelf on the Diamond tends to hold balls up that rub the rail on the way in if not hit at pocket speed.

I don't see any true or false to it. Ball speed and climate also factor in. The ball drops or not.

Your statement is untrue. If you hit a ball break speed down the rail and directly into the facing the ball drops on a Diamond table. It will not rattle.

I meant of course rattling the pocket. Hitting deep enough into the lone open facing will end up in the hole.
