I have put my material out:?2 DVDS, 100s of CTE post here that virtually answer every question that could be asked. Then I put up 3 dozen YouTube videos. My position is CLEAR and need not have to say another word particularly to YOU.

I've nothing but admiration for Gerry. Whatever he's doing is working, and hence his insights are attractive. I've no desire to dampen whatever flames are driving his success.

As for calling me a puppet, that's wild and untrue speculation. I'm a big enough idiot all by myself to get into forum scuffles. :grin:

You've done more than any other to present CTE as best you can. I respect that.

There isn't a shot I play that I am not using Pro One - of course when using siding there may be a minor adjustment but that is true of any system. I prefer to spend my time becoming more proficient at Pro One (each day) than arguing with people that have not put in the effort or table time. I don't know how much proof people need, like JB said in a thread a while back - there are tonnes of videos showing Pro One working well - one of my personal favourites was watching Landon take it to Earl on the 10 footer :)

I didn't start this thread to incite a debate. I've responded to various questions and accusations. Yeah, internet drama, not a big deal.

Clearly the system works for some, I've never denied that. Some questions to me have necessitated me sharing my doubts, that I would admit may be ill-conceived.

Regarding the aiming workout, I never attempted it again, due to pretty much not having an opportunity to practice for a few years. I'm sure I could ace it without a miss with a few attempts with a few days of dedicated practice based on current potting form. That said, I don't think I've ever played as solid as what you've displayed in your videos, yet I've played a few world champs and considered myself a chance race to 8. I fell a bit short, but nor overwhelmed. They were better, the degree to which is a mystery until one reaches the highest echelons.

FWIW: Loved watching Landon v Earl. Landon is the straightest cueist I've seen to come out of the US, and I wouldn't be surprised if he emerges as one of the elite in the game.

I've a long history of showing appreciation for those who make efforts to produce content for forum readers.

Not something I've seen you attempt much over the years, except when you're getting patted on the back.

FWIW, the main reason I posted was because Gerry had obviously gone to great efforts to provide some really good content, and few had responded. Some even bagged his big pockets. Which are pretty standard imho.

My post was intended to be a polite encouragement, with some substance to attract interest in the thread.

Drop the marketing buzz like 'the system takes you to any pocket' and 'most pros are using this subconsciously', and I'll stop the snake oil and ring circus claims.

Even if you believe it, and even if it were true, none of you have ever proven it in a way that can be examined under the rigors off standard scientific evaluation.

Colin, You should watch the dvd's and practice on the table. Then you could write a review (positive or negative, it's up to you) and your comments on how the system works or doesn't work. But without even watching anything, I think what you are doing is not good.

I didn't start this thread to debate all things CTE, just answering responses best I can.

I have watched all of Stan's 37 videos, most several times. Doesn't make me an expert, nor an ignoramus. I look forward to future reviews.

Thank you for the comment !!! I don't think you are a bad guy or a troll. I had arguments with Stan in the past. You can see for yourself. But that belongs in the past. I now know that this guy deserves my respect. And he helps me with the game I love to play.

There is not 1 chance in a million that Colin would ever concur with what I present in my new DVD. He is looking to find fault. He is one of 4 or 5 that want to take CTE down but that can NOT happen because the real truth about CTE is out for the whole world to see.
The CTE I speak of will ALWAYS be around, now and forever.....
