Problems viewing the AZB forums from home PC

I can log into AZB from work and other computers, but from home, I just get a "server not found" type of message.

Has my IP been blacklisted by AZB or something? I can't imagine why... I can reach every other destination on the internet, just not forums.azbilliards.com. I can reach azbilliards.com, but not the forums. Anyone have a clue? HELPPPPP!!!!

I and eales have also been "blacklisted". Changes started about a week or two ago. I can log on from work just fine, but not at home.

HELP!!!!

Willie - do you have Insight Broadband at home? I noticed you're not far from me, in Indy (I'm just across the Illinois state line)... Maybe the AZB moderators blacklisted all Insight IPs because of some hooligan. I dunno, just a theory...

you might want to also check to see if your ISP initiated some kind of "net nanny" blocking protocols. if so, the forum might have content that (mistakenly) classifies it as a gambling or porn site... and you might need to put the forum on some exclusion list.

Juan,
Yes, both eales and I have Insight Cable broadband. Mike H. of AZB did not in any way restrict Insight subscribers.

Does anyone know a way we can check to see if Insight has in some way "restricted" AZB (I have no time to call them during their operating hours)?

I'm going to be calling them to upgrade to HD cable soon, so I'll try and remember to ask about this...

This problem seems to have started when we moved the forums about 2 weeks ago to a different machine on a different network.

We are going to move the new machine to the old network connection and see if that resolves the issue.

Mike
