Problems with Accu-Stats streaming freezing up?

I've been having some problems with the picture freezing up for lengths of time ranging from 5 seconds to a minute or so. This is unacceptable when purchasing streaming.

I have cable connection and a new computer with 6gb of RAM so I don't think it the computer . Anyone else having this happen?

Make sure your computer is not running any scans or updates as it will cause some issues.

I had it happen a couple of times, but I assumed it was from my power saver app kicking in after 15 minutes of no activity; started tapping a key once in a while and haven't had the problem again.
