progression of pool, poker and pain show

Hello everyone

I just wanted to give a update on the progresion of www.poolpokerandpain.com i have signed with the #1 branding intergration agency in the world to brand this show with corporate sponsors. www.brand-inentertainment.com has the top 6 poker companies bidding to be the official poker sponsor of ppp. The great news is on Jan 20th in NYC at the very famous Christie's auction house in a red carpet event PPP will be being bid on with the top advertising companies to be a sponsor of this reality show which is on the verge of making sports and entertainment history. There has been some confusion about pool players fighting mma fighters and poker player these contestants are real pool players that fight or willing to get trainned and fight these are pool players fighting pool players. I am very close to attaching 2 world class high profile mma superstars to be the mma coaches of ppp i know this project has been almost 6 years in the making but 2010 will be the pool worlds first true reality show exposing high stakes gambling with a new twist of entertainment. My best advice to all my contestant's and possible contestants get your ass trainning and give yourself a head start the trainning is going to be very hard but exciting. I appreciate everyone's patience and support and will keep you posted on the progress of this show Im sorry im a terrible writer but that is why im fighting lol

Thank you

Glad to know that your hard work is begining to pay. I remember crashing into your private party in the penthouse suite of Riviera few years ago.I came to your party with the Australian pro player David Reljic.I let everybody know my entrance into the party by being very loud with an anouncement on top of my voice saying " I am the world champion in one pocket with a shot clock and anybody here want to challenge me and take the title away from me" ? Then marcus Chamat and Raj Hundel moved towards me and started engaging me in woofing.I told them that did not belive in woofing and if they wanted to challenge me they could set a date to play me.They wanted to know the bet.Told them that as much as they want up to 50,000 $ race to 4. They never came to play me.Marcus asked me when did I win that title.I told him that I gave that title to myself. There are few more pros including max eberle and jason Kirkwood in that party.I was glad to see Rachael Abbink in that party after a long time.I asked her to fill me in with all the gosssip and the road stories since I last saw her.She told me about her road experiences.Drinks were good and the food was good. The company of other pool players was good.I had wonderful time at your party.

I am Happy for you.

Blair,
All the best. I personally can't wait to view the results. I am a big fan of UFC and obviously of pool as well. I remember meeting you in the AZB room at Derby City a few years back, and hoping your concept would fly.

P.S. - Please don't get TOO popular or Danny DiLiberto will be dyeing his hair black, claiming to be 30 years old, and trying to get a piece of you.

P.P.S. - If you have a division for fighter's over the age of 70, he is a Hungarian cinch for top dog......errr maybe even in the "over-40" division.....

Pool,Poker and Pain"mma" show

Hello

Thanks for your support yes Danny was one hell of a great fighter and even at 70 he is still fast and has hands of stone he broke he hand several times in fights. I plan on hiring and Danny to the trainning camp for a weekend as a guest trainner i have known Danny for many years and he is the original fighting pool player so out of respect and his personality and entertainment factor it will be honor to have him share his knowledge and stories with all the contestant's. Plus Danny trainned Dennis Hatch so the connection's are real and i want the world to hear Danny's true life story you talk about a multi-talented guy in a 24 hour period he ran 150 balls bowled a 300 and knocked someone out how could you not love this guy.

Thanks
Blair

This could be very entertaining! Kudos on getting some real sponsors! Hard to tell what events will win it for somebody. The pool- depends on how long the races or what games. The poker- depdends on what cards get dealt to a big degree. The fighting- big doesn't mean squat if it is streetfighting allowed. If you have rules to it, that can handicapp the smaller guys. I imagine you will have to have rules though, just for insurance purposes, and to get guys to fight.

Not too many guys would be willing to step in a ring where anything goes. Fights would be short, and someone would surely be getting hurt pretty bad. Too bad, though, that's the kind of fighting that is interesting to watch, and the only kind IMHO that really means anything. But, even with rules in place, it is going to boil down to skill in fighting. Most of the big guys will probably try to turn it into a wrestling match.

Are the fighters going to be wearing gloves or any other protective gear? What rules would they be fighting by?

There are weight classes, rules and gloves. I believe it's mentioned in one of the interviews on the ppp website (been a few months since I watched them).

I rooting for you Blair! I think it will be very exciting.

2 guys match up... Play a race to 7. Then right to the table for heads up Texas Holdem. Then straight into your skivvies and into the Cage of Truth.

Pow pow pow!!! Action baby!!!

If this gets off the ground - it'll prob make pool popular again.

Blair, if there's anything I can do to help or anything - please let me know.

This is a stone-cold winner idea.

Can't wait to see it. Hopefully it makes pool far more popular, we would all benefit greatly from that.
