This is an open apology to Dionisios Adamopoulos (AZB member ddadams). We made a trade with him, and made a mistake in description of our cue. I feel very badly about things and am offerring to undo the deal and reimburse him for any shipping costs he incurred. Danny, please accept my apology and let me know how you want to proceed. Kudos for putting yourself out there like this. There have been too many posts recently with people getting fleeced by sellers who are unwilling to try and make amends. So much that it made me not want to buy or sell anything outside of my local area or ebay.
 
Agreed! It is nice to see someone take not only accountability for their actions, but also willing to make that action right.

I know that we *should* expect to do business like this, but too may people would rather inconvenience the customer. You're an A++ in my book.. :thumbup:

Now this is how the Forum should operate.....it used to when I first joined.........Cudos on doing the right thing.
 
Bamacues are first class all the way i trade with them with no problems i've sent a new customer also and would recomand anyone to deal with Joe and Jeff great people and top notch service.

This is a great way to resolving issues with customers on AzB. If I were a dealer or cue maker, any issue, no matter how small, I would want to be resolved in public forum from the beginning. That way both parties are judged by their cordial-ness and their willingness to resolve the issue at hand. No "He-said... She-said..." BS. Everything is out in the open.

There could be a separate forum for all of these minor and major resolutions. I would expect it to blossom quickly. Like a Transaction Resolution sub-category Forum would be perfect to keep from cluttering up the Main Forum.

I always look at his cues. I like them a lot. This thread makes me like the company even more. Unfortunately I already have too many to use after catching the bug. If I saw how his company operated earlier I'd be playing with one of his merry widows by now. Maybe next year.

What the hell are you doing? Apologizing to a customer? Offering to undo the sale? Trying to make things right? PLEASE. That's just not the AZ way :shocked2: . Was looking forward to ten or more pages of insults and accusations :rolleyes:. Now what am I going to do for entertainment :p ?

Well, first off, congratulations on your business ethics. Really glad you and DD were able to solve the problem. Perhaps more transactions between members will go smoother. The AZ knife cuts both ways. Well Done!!!!
