Roy, you should consider a job doing updates for the IPT full time:)

They were greatly appreciated throughout the day.

PST Time

So it's 9 hours difference between LA and Oslo ... and it will be 3:30AM when Jasmin's match is going. Thanks!

Matches in progress:

Loserside
0 - 1 Roger Lysholm, Norway - Vilmos Foldes, Hungary
1 - 1 Kim Soo Garmark, Norway - Lars Harald Riiber, Norway

Lysholm just missed the key-ball, Foldes back on the table.

Riiber had a B&R, but got a dry break. Garmark on the table, score 2 - 1 to Riiber.

Garmark missed after pocketing 3 balls. Riiber on the table, some clusters for him.

Foldes run out the table after Lysholm missed. 2 - 0.

Hard break from Foldes, 4 balls down but also the cueball.

Riiber solved the clusters pretty good, but missed when he finally got an "open" table. No problems for Garmark, should be easy. And is, 2 - 2.

Lysholm has chosen the stripes, and run them out. 2 - 1 to Foldes.

No clusters on the table for Lysholm after the break. However it looks like he is forced to choose the solids. No problems for him. Got 3 balls left + the 8 now, after good pocketing.

Garmark got one cluster on his break. Has chosen the stripes, took care of the cluster but got some bad position. Still possible to make a ball. Makes it, and got perfect position.

Lysholm plays perfect position, and runs out. 2 - 2

Garmark got perfect positon on the 8 after he was forced to use heavy sidespin. 3 - 2 to Garmark

Good break from Lysholm. However, the 2 and 7 is frozen and nr 3 and 13. Still possible to run out, but makes it a little bit harder.

Garmark got distance between all his balls, but the cueball stopped next to the cornerpocket.

Garmark was forced to choose solids. Not a bad choice afterall, looks easy.

Lysholm plays the solids too. Is on the 2 and 7 balls now, pocketing the 7 ball in the corner and then position to make the 2 in the side.

Garmark did a B&R. 4 - 2

Lysholm pocketed the 7, but played position to the corner instead. Gave him perfect angle to play position to the keyball. The cueball hit another ball after pocketing the ball, and he got bad position to the 8.

Kim breakds dry, Riiber takes a time-out

Lysholm couldn't pocket the 8-ball, and made distance between the Cueball and Foldes's balls.

With 6 balls on the table Foldes managed to find one to pocket, and is pocketing with a nice speed. 2 balls left, both on the long rail. Foldes was forced to change hand and did it perfectly. 3 - 2 to Foldes.

Dry break from Foldes. Open table, but the cueball is almost frozen to nr 3.

Riiber is on the table, pocketing without the best position-play. But still on the table.

The 2ball was actually frozen to the cueball, lying behind it so I couldn't see it. Lysholm was forzed to cut the 6ball thin, and did good.

Riiber run out the table. 3 - 4

Lysholm got one ball on the break. No clusters.

Garmark still on the table. Chosen solids and has two balls left. Has made one cluster for Riiber if he should miss.

Garmark missed the easiest ball...

Lysholm has chosen solids, only 3 balls left.

Riiber missed an even easier ball, but left Garmark nothing...

4 - 4 Kim Soo Garmark - Lars Harald Riiber
4 - 3 Roger Lysholm - Vilmos Foldes

Roger got a dry break. No clusters for Foldes.
