Riiber plays bad position to the 8, but makes it. 5 - 4 to Riiber.

Foldes played bad position to the 10-ball. Difficult to get position to the 9-ball, which is his last ball. Hit the 9-ball two times with the cueball, and it looks like he might got position to the side, between the 3 and 7 ball....

Dry break from Riiber, open table to Garmark.
 
Foldes played the 9-ball in the 7-ball to make it in the side. Good shot, since the 7-ball was at least 1 diamond from the sidepocket.

Missed however the 8-ball, when trying to make it in the same pocket.

Open table to Lysholm. Should be 5 - 4 to Lysholm
 
Garmark tried to play safety but didn't hit the rails. Ball in hand for Riiber.

Lysholm did the job, 5 - 4.

Riiber chose to play safety on Garmark. Garmark hit the rail first, and almost pocketed the 3 ball in the corner. Riiber got a safety in return.
 
Riiber and Garmark has build a large cluster, and it contains of 6 balls now. 2 solids and 4 stripes. Riiber has the stripes, and has also got 2 balls in the pockets. Hard to open the cluster. Plays another safety.

Lysholm breaks dry, and Foldes takes his time-out.

I love a good safetyplay. Both players are trying to open the cluster and play safety at the same time. Now there are only 3 balls left in the cluster.
 
Riiber pocketed a ball and tried to open the cluster. Did only get Garmarks last ball out!!! Has one more chance to solve it. With heavy top- and sidespin it looks like he did. Bad position though. Went for a bankshot in the sidepocket. Stopped in the side, but hit the 7ball with the cueball. The 7ball hit the striped ball and sent it to the side. Riiber got perfect position and took the rack. 6 - 4

Lysholm on the table. Opened a cluster and got 3 balls left. Not the easiest 3 balls though.
 
Riiber missed and Garmark took a time-out. 6 - 4 to Riiber.

Lysholm made the difficult 3 balls, and is also 6 - 4 in the lead
 
Garmark pockets a difficult thin ball, bu tis unlucky and the cueball hits the 7ball and hides behind the 5ball. Has to kick. Hits the ball, but open table to Riiber.

Lysholm almost scratched twice on the break, but survived and got a ball.

Garmark has perfect control on the cueball, but dry and open table to Riiber.

Mistake from me. Riiber missed the 8-ball, and left Kim in to the table. However, Kim missed the ball and Riiber got a new chance to reach the hill. Did so. 9 - 5

you're doing a great job, both at the updates and as the tournament director. keep it up! norway needs more people like you involved in the game!
