Quentin Corner Pocket in Palatine, IL will be holding a $500 added (based on 32 players) 8 ball bar box tournament on Saturday December 5th. Check in and practice start at noon, calcutta is at 12:45 and the tournament starts at 1:00 PM. $35 Entry fee includes a $10 greens fee. The field is limited to 32 players, so please sign up in advance to guarantee your spot in the field. This is an open event and the format is alternating breaks double elimination race to 5 in the winners bracket/ race to 4 in the losers bracket. This tournament will be played on 7' diamond bar tables. Please feel free to give us a call with any questions.

Will this tournament be a one day event? Play until it is over? Thanks:wink:
 
Yes, this will be a one day event. We have the ability to stay open 24hours if needed, although I don't think that will be necessary. You can watch our live webcast of Saturday's event at our website, www.quentincornerpocket.com. While the tournament is being played we will switch the live broadcast between the ring game and featured tournament matches depending on what our viewers would like to watch.
