My question is about the benefit of having a lined interior. When I say "lined" I mean a non-tube interior. Something like an It's George or John Barton ultra-pad interior. I was just wondering if there was any detriment to having nice cues in a tubed case? Does the rattling around inside the case potentially hurt the cue from bouncing around inside?
I know this may seem picky to some but I have a couple cues, that just like many of you, have alot of meaning to me and are more than just valuable cues. I don't want them rattling around. I know some tubes are lined with padded material but they still shift.
Just wondering if someone could chime in on this. Also, any cue-makers' opinions will be highly valued.
Thanks everyone.
