hey guys, i was wondering if anyone here knew if evan clark would refinish a cue if its already been refinished by someone else. i think i read somewhere that he won't touch it if its been redone by someone else. if thats the case who would you guys recomend? i've been looking around and proficient repairs seems to have a pretty solid reputation. any help is really appreciated. thanks, Brett.
