Question for Meucci experts

I have the same one I bought 25 years ago for $290. Retail
was $410. I still have original tip & ferrule. Still straight.
A great hitting cue for one pocket. Took Meucci about 3
months to make it for me. One of my keepers.

This 95-17 or OL-1 is an AWESOME playing cue....one of my favorite cues for sure ;)

I don't have a pic of the joint....but mine is a SS flat faced joint with silver nickel ringwork on the forearm and shaft. :)

question about mother of peral vs. plastic inlays

Hi,

I also have one of these cues, with the Script Meucci logo. In
an earlier post it mentioned the plastic inlays when the cue
was put in the 95 series as the 95-17. So, I'm still not sure if
mine is the O1 or the 95-17. If I understand correctly, if it
is an O1, it will have the newer logo, but real mother of pearl
inlays? Is there an easy way to tell whether the inlays are
real or plastic? Many thanks. I bought mine used from a Joss
Tour player, and it has some dings in the butt. The one in that
picture looks absolutely perfect! Mine also has the black wrap
under the clearcoat, if that helps identify it.
