Hi guys,
A local cuemaker that I work with has asked me for some information about ferrule material.
How chalk resistant is the micarta that MasonH sells?
The chalk resistancy along with the weight and hit are the main worries we have.
I know Masons micarta is quite light and the (albeit subjective) is good.
Two other materials we are considering is Aegis2 and XTC.
I know the XTC is a bit softer and no good for jump-break cues but should
be good for players. Here the same question, how chalk resistant is it?
gr. Dave
