Question to High End Cue Guys

What is the average for a custom cue. Here is what I am looking for.

Wrapless
Ebony
Turquoise
Ivory
Custom OB1 Shafts x2

Basically like a wrapless tim scruggs just my own design. I love his wrapless cues but really love turquoise and ivory the look on ebony is phenomenal. I mean i know that some cues can range way up in the tens of thousands but just curious about the average.

Any info would be awesome.

For "fancy", the average going rate for a "higher" end cue is $3500ish... You can get quite a bit of cue for that much.
