If I am understanding your request you can just set it up to where you are automatically subscribed to any thread that you comment on. Just go to "USER CP" at the top of the page, and on the left hand side of the page under "Settings & Options" select "Edit Options." About the fourth thing down is where you can choose to auto-subscribe to all threads you comment on. From the drop down menu just select whether or not you want email notifications of new replies to your subscribed threads.
You are probably already aware but you can view all the threads you are subscribed to by going to "USER CP" at the top of the page and then click on the "View All Subscribed Threads" link. All the past threads may not be there once you auto-subscribe to all threads you comment on, but all the future threads will be. This should at least help you for the future.
For all the past threads one way to do it is to find any of your past posts, click on your user name, then click on "find all past posts by your user name". That will show all your posts and will be tedious but you can make it a little faster by just scanning the thread titles until you find the thread you are looking for. It's tedious but if you need to find something bad enough it will be there at least.
A final idea is to do a search for your user name. I believe this only finds threads where somebody uses your user name, but it is not uncommon for people to use your name when replying to you so many of the threads you have commented in might be found that way also.

It looks like LAMas's method above works better than most of what I posted for the past threads in particular. For the future stuff you can auto-subscribe as I described or use his method either one it seems, whichever you prefer. I had forgotten about that feature so I relearned something new today.
