Looking for input on whether this cue's a Schon R12 or an SL7. Reason being is to my understanding one's worth considerably more than the other model (R12). I purchased this cue and have the original receipt dated 2-20-93 which states R12 however am not so sure?

Any feedback, comments, and/or information would be greatly appreciated!! I would also welcome "estimated" cue value.

Thanks!

What's the pin look like? Personally I see no difference in its nomenclature, what's more important is if it is cored or not. An r12 with sharp points is where the money is at. Cnc points don't do too much for the value.

R12 would have dashed ringwork. Not the solid silver rings. Did you get it in your possession yet? If your not happy with the cue send it back for a refund if it was indeed misrepresented. Good luck.

Can you post a pic of the receipt too?

The silver rings were a $50 upgrade on custom ordered cues even during the R series. So going by the rings only is not an accurate way. Heres my R12 with silver rings.

Thanks for the photos Chuck! Nice cue!! It appears as though your white diamond's are much more defined and pointed than those of my cue. This was one of my initial concerns.

I've attached a copy of the receipt I received along with the sale for review.

Thanks for checking!
