This is a follow up from an earlier thread, They Make It Look Easy... http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=220106

I've had a couple people interested in buying this from me. It's rather unique. It's a poster of a rack from an Ortmann 2009 World Championship match. I made a hi-res version (9000x6000) that prints perfectly 30" by 20" at 300dpi. I had it printed at Walgreen's for $20, came out REAL nice. You can download from this link and print it yourself to adorn your wall.

If you're handy with graphics software and have a lot of patience you can make a poster of one of your favorite racks (maybe one of your own, what a great gift for yourself!). Or, if you have a decent video, I can hook you up with a college student (my broke son) who can make you a custom poster pretty cheap, PM me for details.

Enjoy,
The other Steve L

This is a very cool poster that Steve has made up for us.

Steve has been playing in the straight pool league at Red Shoes for several years and we know he is dedicated to improving his game.

Monday, he took down our best player, Ed Latimer fresh from his win in the Super Seniors Division at the Philly Super Billiards Expo.

Ed said "I've never seen him make so many good shots!"

Just goes to show you that dedication sometimes pays off.

Thanks for the kind words Dennis. Ed's not one for excuses, but after driving 12 hours all night/morning to get back to Chicago and then showing up to play that evening he may have been a bit groggy. Plus his bulging wallet had him off-balance.

Thanks. Printed 20"x30" at 300 DPI they're WAY nicer than I expected.

These are hand 'drawn' with Coral/Adobe and a lot of patients. Graphic images is a long time hobby of mine. These compressed JPGs are 'blurred' so you'd be better off starting with your own BMPs if you want to try your own.

I'm working on a classic -Sigel vs Zuglan (150 and out, 1992 US open) -including all the balls. The video's pretty crappy so this one's tricky.

PM if you're interested in a custom rack.

I'm not slipping over to the dark side, but I made a 9-ball poster. Reyes/Strickland $100,000 'Match of the Century' 1996 Hong Kong Race to 120. Here's the link....

I prefer straight pool, but this was one fantastic match.

Once again, if you'd like to have it printed use 20"x30", 300dpi. Suitable for framing to adorne your game room wall.

Any ideas for other 'classic' matches?

Enjoy, Steve

Also, PM to discuss your own custom poster.
