Players will be ranked from an A+ to a B Status
$40 Entry (no green fees)
Over 100 % Payback
9-Ball (Limit 64 Players)
Race to 7 Winners side
Race to 5 Losers side
12 8ft tables
Calcutta (100% Payback)
Full Bar

Registration Starts on the day of the tournament at 11:00 AM
Calcutta at 11:30
Tournament Immediately after the Calcutta

I think a Saturday would be the best day. Regarding the best time of the month, the end of the month seems to avoid some of the other tournaments (i.e. Fast Eddie's, Waco, etc.).

March 17th is St. Pattys day, and the weekend of the BCA err ACS event in Corpus Christi I believe, im sure alot of us around dfw would like to make this a great monthly turnout, you'd probably wanna consider the waco date, fast freddies dates, the new monthly CJ's barbox dates, ect..

Winners bracket
A+ = go to 7
A = go to 6
B+ = go to 5
B = go to 4

Losers Bracket
A+ = go to 5
A&B+ = go to 4
B = go to 3

If an A Plays and A etc..... it's a race to 7 in the winners and 5 in the losers.
 
How do you know where to rank an unknown player? Are you going acording to existing bca ranking toward a player? I would like to play but I would like to know my ranking ahead of time.
 
Ranking Players

I've lived here long enough to know everyone from the area. Any player unknown will start off as an A player. If you snap off the tournament with ease next time you will be an A+........Please ask if you have anymore questions or concerns.
