The best "sprucing" would put generic MBS pink rubber on it( which ever it takes k55 or k66), CPBA Worsted Cloth on it and it would still out weight the actual value of the table.
Pro Am is $5900, Professional $6400, not including the delivery and install.

Instead of berating the OP, why not ask what aspects of a Diamond table he likes? Then offer advice, based on his preference.
If it's tight pockets, that's an easy solution. If it's the cushion rebound, that's something different.
