I'm failing to understand your question, you're going to need to explain a little better.

I meant to ask about the new "flat rail" valley tables. Cueball with speed goes into rail and hops coming out. Hit slowly and abnormally slow rebound. Banks at shallow angles come out "way" wide. Factory cloth is horrible!

I would suggest that you should be talking to the people that you purchased the table from rather than here in an open forum of Pool Table Mechanics. You can get our opinions but that is not going to solve any of your problems.
