Very poor photos. :(
Going through the sellers history, every other item he has listed has crisp, clear pictures.

What's the old saying...if a sheep can be a ram, and a donkey can be an ass... then how can a ram in the ass be a goose? :D

Same seller has asked extremely high prices for many other cues even after competently researching value. Try to get this one authenticated.

Tate.........who could or would authenticate a cue of this description?????mike

I have a similar cue. It was sold to me as a Balabushka but when I sent it to Pete he said that the only thing he could authenticate was that the joint pin was replaced by Balabushka and that the three shafts were made by Balabushka but the butt did not match a typical Hoppe conversion by George. I contacted Deno Andrews and he confirmed that the butt matched the specs of the Rambows he had seen; I then later found out that Paul Rubino is also one of the experts in authenticating Rambows so I sent it to him. He verified that the butt was indeed a Rambow. Mine has the ivory Hoppe ring.
