When ask what his goals for 14.1 are Willie said “ I want to run 50 or 100 balls, whichever comes first"

When Willie was ask why he got a laser engraved picture of his face on his cue case "That's so when I forget how to spell my name, I can still find my cues."

Williebetmore’s billiard library was destroyed in a fire, but the real tragedy was that 15 hadn't been colored yet.

When Willie’s anonymous pro coach ask “Willie, what is it with you and your patterns. Is it ignorance or apathy? Willie said, “Coach, I don't know and I don't care.”

Willie: "I've played so poorly all day; I think I'm going to go drown myself in that lake." Coach: "I doubt you could keep down that long."

Willie: "pool is a funny game." Coach: "It's not supposed to be."

Willie: You've got to be the worst coach in the world!" Coach: "I doubt it. That would be too much of a coincidence"


Willie was always reminding people that he played with Pros.

"I was the James Bond type of player," he told his friends. "I had all sorts of tricks to confuse the opposition."

"Yea a .007 BPI average," his coach added.
