This was a special order cue.... It is one of the very few milled veneer cue made by Pete Tascarella.. Special African Blackwood Joint....
This is a great looking cue.. Hoppe butt.. Cocobolo forearm with Amboya
points..
Milled seamless veneers
30thousands Black, 60Thousands Satinwood, 30Thousands Black.. Amboya butt sleeve, with Tascarella on the butt.. Super soft calf skin wrap..
Both shafts are oversized 13.25+ so tapers could be customized..

Lot more work but nice - no seams. I like to do recuts - no seams. And then you can use some beautiful exotics instead of the dyed veneers. The combinations are unlimited.

I have to agree with you.. This is definitely away from the traditional Tascarella.. I like to see a little testing the waters from Pete...

Real nice Tascarella Ken, I'm starting to really like Pete's cues. It would be interesting to see how the cue plays with the blackwood joint. Have you hit any balls with it yet?

I've hit balls with it.. The cue has a definite ring to it.. A real firm hit..
