Rat Cues

Does anyone know how to get in contact with Rat Cues. He was supposed to put a wrap(Custom Castillo leather wrap) on a cue for me that was yet to be completed by Varney. Now that Varney is seriously ill and probably done making cues, I'd love to get the wrap from Rat Cues so I can use it later. I've no beef with him...he has no idea that I even want the wrap. But I also have no way of letting him know that.
