Re-Felting Olhausen Rails

I have a 1993 Olhausen 8ft Sheraton table. I want to re-felt the rails but I wanted to check here first for any tips or a nice how to guide. This will be my first attempt at doing the rails, I have done just the slate 4 times so far. I will be using Simonis 860 HR Felt. I would hire some one else to do it but there are no table mechanics is my area. Thanks for you help.
 
Were do you live you will be amazed were Glen goes or who some of us know around the USA.

Practice with cheap cloth or regular felt or fabric from a fabric store then use your real cloth.
