Has anyone who has cancelled their IPT membership seen any suprise charges on their credit card from them recently, like yesterday?

Hope that your question receives a more enthusaistic response than mine did last month. Over 700 views and only 5 responses, including one from you and two from me.:confused:

I was just wondering whether KT has resorted to his usual way of doing business, by continuing to bill customers after they cancel his products and services.

I just noticed this on my online statement today.


Posting Date: 01/22/2007
Transaction Origination Date: 01/22/2007
Transaction Description: MERCHANT PURCHASE INTERNATIONAL POOL TOU
Amount: ($5.95)


I cancelled my subscription a couple months ago and have not received a charge since then, until now.

Believe me I'm working on it. :mad:

Oh God! Somehow I don't think that yours is an isolated billing error, that's how KY works.

That's the sneakiest part about it & how he's probably gotten away with it in the past. The first couple of months, don't charge.... when you KNOW people will be looking to see if you did. Once most people would be satisfied that all is said & done, to where they would let their guard down & not look for it.... that's the time to strike.

The above is just speculation mind you, but it makes a lot of sense. I've said it many times before and I'll repeat it, just to hear myself say it... KT, IMNSHO you're a POS.
 
Don't pay it. On the back of your statement, there is an address to write to dispute the charge, give them as much information as they ask for. It may take them a month or so to get it off the bill.
 
Well I still have my subscription and I haven't been getting charged the last couple months until yesterday. So go figure. I doubt I'd even get a response if I tried to cancel.

How do you look at the back of your online statement:confused: :D . I think my bank charges $35.00 to do a stop payment.

What I have done in the past, call your Credit Card CO and have them send you another Credit Card with a new number, they will gladly do it and at no charge, hope this helps.

Easy. Pull up the statement on your computer and then spin the monitor around and look at the back!:D:D

The bastard also charged my credit card after a lull of a month. I'm going to my credit union to resolve this matter. I might take the advice of getting a new credit card. I wonder if he still has his bodyguard ...

This is exactly what the POS does with all his scam businesses.

Go to www.ripoffreport.com and search Kevin Trudeau, Natural cures, or a few of his other businesses and you'll find hundreds of nightmare complaints about overbilling and failure to discontinue billing after cancellations.

And this is the person that some people still want to LEAD pool into the future,:confused:
