Anyone recognize these cues? should I be trying to make an offer on these? 2nd from the top looks pretty cool, but what kind of joint does that look like?

They look like cheap imports to me, and that type of joint I would expect to hit like crap.
 
thanks, a buddy of mine wanted to take a ride out to to a "high-end estate sale" that's in a pretty nice area. I figured there might be an outside chance these had some antique type value, but I figured they would be junk, had to check with someone that knew more about these things than me.

I would not make an offer on these cues, they are all low end imports from Taiwan that were made in the 1970's or 1980's as knock offs of other brands. There is no collector value at all to these cues, and as far as using them players, the materials and adhesives used during their manufacture would not make them something you want to use. These cues have a very strong tendency to warp or to fall apart.
