As far as one pocket. I have Grady's Finishing touch which covers the end game. Its worth buying. As far as match DVDs, whatever bugs rucker matches you can find I would suggest... especially the Rucker vs. Daulton, Bugs vs. Cornbread matches. Freddy the beard recommends watching Rempe vs Fusco I believe from the 91 legends of one pocket philadelphia style.
If you can find a copy of the entire Ronnie Allen Vs. Danny D. 1988 challenge match, I highly recommed this... as it is about 10 hours long, so you really get to see how much creativity and ingenuity these players had.
Though they are not DVDs, and are very expensive... i haven't found any books more informational about one pocket, or for that matter... I've never seen any books with more comprehensive information on a billiard game then Robins W1P and SMS. Especially when you start finding videos of the some of the contributors, and you can see them putting what they suggest on paper in practice.... its a really good learning experience.
Haven't seen the jopling videos, but just ordered a set. Also for one pocket, I found playing straight pool, and carom billiards helped my game tremedously. So resources on them might shed light on one pocket situations, safeties.
As far 9 ball, I don't know. I stay away from the wretched game.
