can anyone recommend a reputable cue repair guy that would be in the MD, VA, PA, WV area? not looking for the cheapest, just a guy who is good and will have my cue back within a reasonable timeframe.

Yeah i would of said Scott Sherbine at proficient.
Absolutely agree. Scot will get your cue back to you fast, excellent work, no problema's. Scot's done about 100 cues for me - he's a great person to deal with.
