WOW, What can I say? My Barnhart player, THE BEST CUE I HAVE EVER PLAYED WITH made its way home to me thanks to a couple of friends one of the being Casey here on AZB. Its like winning the the Lotto!!! I am reposting my pics till I can take new ones.... Because I now have my player back I am debating on selling my ebony and amboyna wrapless Barnhart with his very fancy silver rings, not sure tho.....

Wow thats crazy. I had a chance to buy that cue straight from Cory when he built it. That is fantastic you got it back. Let me know if you decide the sell your Wrapless Barnhart.
 
That's great news. You very seldom hear that kind of happy ending to a stolen cue post. Glad it worked out for you.

Can you shed any details on the story? How did your friends find the cue? Do you know who stole it in the first place and does that person still have hands (to steal again)? How many others were involved...did it go through a bunch of sales until it was finally recognized?

Again, Great ending to a sad situation.

I'm still looking for the ***** that stole mine 3 years ago. Someday I hope this person slips up a brings it into a pool hall in my area.
 
ok...Here is the short,short version. Someone I knew but did not know my cue bought it from a pawn shop and went to sell it to Casey. Casey recognized it as my cue and worked with me and the other person to get my cue returned to me. I had a police report done so the other person should be able to get his $$$ back from the pawn shop. I am very grateful for Casey's help and I am so happy to have my player back.....
