Refinishing recomendations?

I was pleased with the work Ryan did for me. He posts here as Ratcues and can also be reached by calling Muellers

Scott at Proficient!!!! Refinished my Schon Six Windows Custom two years ago. Other players marvel at the finish. Reasonable as well.

Ryan is the man. He can do some amazing restorations on older cues. However, there seems to be lots of cue makers in the Carolinas. I might seek out Kevin Varney and see how close he is to you. He was down with some health problems (snorting too much Cocobolo)
but I believe he is back in almost full swing now.
 
Proficient has quick turnaround time and reasonable prices. I would hesitate to send it to a lot of cuemakers only because you'll be waiting awhile.
