He lives in Can. Shipping anything with ivory is a crapshoot these days. He's probably right in wanting it done in country. Probably ask at the local room if there's a cue guy nearby.

They are coming.I tried eBay once with ivory, it was removed the same day with a warning! I spent the next week looking out the window for the authorities to show up
