usba president has been trying to help make this tournament happen. so, I'm leaving it open. However, I still would need a couple more entrants.

If you are planning to play in our event, or know someone that is interested in playing, please make the effort to help us out with our first USBA event. I've done everything humanly possible to get the word out, and have had a bit of help already from some friends of 3 cushion. However, currently we haven't even signed up the minimum of 6 players, let alone a full dozen. I'm affraid that I might have to cancel the tournament, if I can't get a few more people to decide, to be interested. I need the entries to be pre-paid and the players fully commited to showing up. Give me a hand if you can by calling your friends, and talking it up at your local establishment.

Andrew Janquitto (USBA President) has been a breathe of fresh air since taking the helm of our organization.

He will be at the Champion of Champions in Philly to help Paul Frankel run another exceptional Professor Q Ball event.

Please take the time to introduce yourself to Andrew. A few words of encouragement can go a long way to those volunteering their time and energy.
 
I've booked my flight and plan to play in the qualifier. I've been talking to a few other players about attending, but whoever wants to play should call Jamie. He's done a lot of hard work, and we need to get this qualifier off the ground.

Thanks Andrew. Jamie is a good man and has done a lot to promote caroms in the Southeast. I hope the tournament goes well and everyone has fun.
 
We're looking forward to having a successful first USBA tournament here in Savannah. I currently have enough pre-paid entries to hold the tournament.
